Mr. Hopkins served in executive positions with several NASDAQ and NYSE companies prior to joining Professional Security Broadband. Mr. Hopkins served as Chief Financial Officer of Henry Brothers Electronics, Inc. from 2006 to 2010 and was Chief Financial Officer of Measurement Specialties, Inc. from 2002 to 2006. Prior, he was Vice President of Finance with Cambrex Corporation and Senior Manager with ARCO Chemical Company. Mr. Hopkins is a CPA and earlier in his career was a Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers. He played key leadership roles in areas of acquisition and divestiture, business turnaround, debt restructuring, and business process reengineering. Mr. Hopkins holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from West Chester University and an MBA from Villanova University. Mr. Hopkins is also currently an Adjunct Professor in the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University, as well as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Business at Felician University.
With more than 25 years of experience in the construction management and the security industries, John’s expertise expands into various verticals. Some of which are: government, industrial, commercial, educational and critical infrastructure. John’s Electrical Engineering degree combined with his extensive experience with electrical contractors enabled him to work on a variety of types of projects’ phases; starting from space planning, engineering design, to implementation and commissioning. John’s past work experience includes Real Estate Project Management for over 20 years with Fortune 500 companies completing more than 6 million square feet of tenant space. He then proceeded to manage complex Security Integration projects for some of the most exclusive clients globally, such as United Nations, SONY, ING, Canon, Brookfield Properties, United Federation of Teachers, Bellevue Hospital, Coler Goldwater Hospital, AVON, Informatica and many others. He has been very successful in the Security Integration arena and prides himself on a precise level of detail. John Palumbo is renowned amongst his peers as one of the top ranked security sales executives in the country. John has held positions as Project Manager, Sr. VP of Sales, General Manager, and Principal, and has successfully grown UTI’s Sales and Operations over 500% in just 6 years. His accomplishments have been demonstrated in the exponential growth in the recurring monthly revenue with the expansion of field office locations around the country with our support services’ contracts, which span for multiple years. John is a leader and a visionary in his fields.
Sr. Vice President of Engineering
David has more than 22 years’ experience in the Electronic Security Industry and extensive hands-on technical, project management, executive management, system design, engineering and consulting experience in a vast number of vertical market spaces. As a recognized specialist by product manufacturers, consultants and Fortune 500/100 companies, his in-depth project engineering experience includes airports, utility plants, water treatment facilities, manufacturing and production facilities, corporate campus’, multi-site enterprise systems as well as government facilities. David also currently serves as President of Exero which is the cloud-based business intelligence tool that delivers real-time information from connected devices and systems.
Sr. Vice President
Jim (“Jimmy D” as he is known in the industry) brings 30+ years of security experience to Unlimited Technology and is well versed in all aspects of security. As an integrator for 10+ years, Jim enjoys being able to share his knowledge and experience with security professionals around the globe. Jim has helped many Fortune 100/500 companies transform their security programs by providing the right solutions and services to meet their particular security and business needs and objectives. Jim has worked with customers in all different disciplines including Critical Infrastructure, Government, Corporate, Education, Manufacturing, Industrial, Healthcare, Data Centers, Air and Sea Ports.
Jim has held multiple positions in his career, including one in Law Enforcement, as well as Global Director of Security for 2 large financial organizations, transforming their security teams into profit centers with world class operations, handling everything from physical security to international security, fraud, loss prevention, executive protection, disaster recovery, business continuity, central station operations to full inhouse technical installation and service teams.
Jim is well known in the security industry has held several key security industry organization positions, has published a number of security articles and given numerous security related speeches to peers and others. Jim holds a BS degree in Administration of Justice from The Pennsylvania State University.
Chief Financial Officer
Brian served as Corporate Controller at Henry Brothers Electronics from April 2007 to December 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Brian was Vice President and General Manager of NetVersant of New York, a provider of voice and data system infrastructure beginning in 2002. From 1991 to 2002 Brian held various senior financial positions with Insilco Technologies, a manufacturer and distributor of electronic components. Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and began his career as an auditor for KPMG Peat Marwick. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Fordham University.
Chief Innovation Officer
Ted is a 25 year IT veteran who has held leadership positions in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, and consulting. Prior to joining PSB, Ted was a VP and Operations Manager at Bear Stearns/JP Morgan. Ted brings to PSB his backgrounds in cyber-security, statistics, software development, and cloud-computing. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Johns Hopkins University and an MS in Actuarial Science from Columbia University. His interests include statistical inference, econometrics, and the creation of mathematical models to solve problems in the security industry.
Charlie has over 20 years’ experience in construction and management in a diverse range of industries. He is a hands-on manager who has managed and/or participated in project management, field service operations, software and hardware implementation, purchasing and sales management. Company affiliations include HBC, Twelve Strike Data Systems, KHM LLC and Plaza Lanes Inc. As operations manager for UTI, Charlie’s responsibilities include the supervision and coordination of the project management, IT, engineering, installation, and service departments. He believes that the most important part of management is selecting and nurturing the right people for the right job and helping them gain the skills they need to rapidly advance, matching specific skill sets to positions that ultimately delivers value to our customers.
Jeremy I. Reich
Jeremy has served as the General Counsel of Unlimited Technology since 2014. As a member of the company’s executive leadership team, Jeremy is a true business partner providing practical business minded guidance and advice at all levels of the organization. Prior to joining Unlimited, Jeremy served as a Law Clerk at the corporate law firm Halpern & Levy, P.C. Jeremy received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration majoring in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics as well as Risk Management and Insurance at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Thereafter, Jeremy earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School where he served as the Notes Editor for the Journal of Law & Public Policy. Jeremy also holds a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers School of Business where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
VP, Utility Strategic Business
David joined Unlimited Technology bringing 32 years utility industry experience in capacities ranging from Property Management, Design Engineering and Manager of Security Technical Services including the implementation of NERC/CIP standards for Physical & Cyber Security Systems. David has provided expert consultation in worldwide projects for the design, development and implementation of technical programs, products and systems. He is recognized as a management leader and resource to recommend alterations and enhancements to improve quality of products within the security industry.
David has successfully managed cyber and physical security program budgets at ~400 million over the past several years, consisting of yearly project budgets ranging from 60 to 70 million dollars. David has demonstrated expertise in a variety of physical and cyber security design concepts, practices, and procedures with extensive experience to plan and accomplish many corporate goals. David is a top-level contributor/specialist and a highly motivated self-starter who has succeeded with all program goals by bringing honesty, integrity, leadership and credibility needed to build collaborative teams based on trust and respect.
Prior to joining Unlimited Technology Michael worked as a manager for a multibillion-dollar global food service company, where he headed up multiple store openings across the county. After graduating from Felician University, Magna Cum Laude in 2013, he joined our organization as the Accounting Manager. Since then, Michael has been promoted through increasingly senior positions and is currently the Corporate Controller. He is responsible for the company’s accounting, internal controls, as well as operational and financial reporting.
Vice President/General Manager NY Region
Robert has more than 34 years’ experience in the Electronic Security Industry and project development and execution, supervise and oversee projects from inception to substantial completion. Robert is prized for bringing all his construction projects on schedule without any issues. He coordinated and managed security projects for new construction and renovation work in NYC since 1983. To include coordinating various subcontractors for the installations. This included initial planning, design, engineering, material identification, and all the fiscal responsibility for the projects. Robert’s experience in the industry is vast that he covered many aspects of projects life span; he engineered complex integrated systems including access control, CCTV, intercom, paging, networks, fiber communications, etc. Accurately estimated labor and material job costs and provided technical support and advice to Sales, Sales Management and Operations teams. At Unlimited Technology he manages the New York Region Operations and Service Departments that serve New York metropolitan area, national and international multi-site installations, new construction installation, build out installation, occupied space installations and all service offerings for customers. To include direct management of project management group, manage direct reports that manage the engineering, service, installation, IT field groups. Duties also include pre and post-sale project review and approval, monthly meetings with project managers to review of all project financial budgets and revenue forecasting and scheduling items impacting project status, hiring and setting and measuring annual corporate staff personal branch goals, annual P-L budget setting and monthly budget review.
Vice President / General Manager PA region
Mike has over 35 years of experience in the security industry. Mike started his long career as a field technician installing and servicing security, fire and other life safety systems. Mike spent a portion of his life in the electric utility market as an engineering technician responsible for the design, implementation, and service of integrated security solutions for electric generation in Hydro, Nuclear and coal plants. When Mike joined Unlimited Technology in 2001, he brought his skills and experience with him and helped to develop our critical infrastructure market. Performing Site security assessments, designs, and applications to meet the needs of the current governmental regulations and oversights. Mike runs our day to day operations covering design, installations, and service out of Chester Springs Pennsylvania.
Strategic National Accounts
With more than 19 years of experience in the security industry, Sarah’s expertise is within the commercial and banking verticals. Her past work experience includes Account Management for a National client with an annual budget of over $20 million. Sarah prides herself on a high level of Account Management which to the customers’ satisfactions. In her current role she engages in a variety of tasks including sales, project management, coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, leadership and innovative development of opportunities, and keeping record of transaction of sale and purchase goods. The tasks include working with product design and application, logistics, sales support, and marketing. As a Account Executive she also develops and manages the full relationship between our company and some of our most important and big accounts, coordinating client, sub-contractor & design team communications. Some of her National clients include IMG/Endeavor, Informatica and Tapestry/Coach to name a few.
Director of Human Resources
Brian leads the Human Resources Department for PSB and all its subsidiaries. He focuses on developing company-wide strategies and implementing and improving processes to provide employees with opportunities and support throughout their tenures.
Brian brings over 20 years of experience leading HR functions. Prior to joining Unlimited Technology in April 2019, Brian built the HR function and managed Human Resources and Marketing for a NYC-based IT virtualization firm. Previously at Northrop Grumman, he led all development and performance management for the IT and program management populations and managed professional certifications across the enterprise. Earlier in his career, Brian consulted to Fortune 500 clients to assess and create leadership development programs, and technical curricula delivering sustainable business results.
Brian currently provides organizational development strategy to the leadership team and leads HR operations. He consults to a wide range of internal clients and manages the department’s compliance activities, and the recruiting, learning and system suppliers.
Brian received his BA in Philosophy from Hobart College in 1989.

Emma began her career in the fire and security industry over 18 years ago. Over the years she has gained experience by working in several departments from accounting to project management, ultimately specializing in the service department. Throughout her career Emma has worked with many notable customers including, NYCT, MTA, NYC Schools, as well as many Fortune 500 customers. Utilizing her background, experience, and passion for her work she strives to provide exceptional service for every one of our valued customers; after all our customers are at the heart of our organization.
Emma currently manages our Global Fusion Center and oversees the service operations for the organization. In her role as the Fusion Center Manager, Emma cultivates an environment that promotes unparalleled customer service across our global network in addition to maintaining team morale.
